The purpose of the organization are;
(a) To unite into a solid, compact and effective group, the JCI Achievers in Nigeria in order that the vast reservoir of their talent, experience and resources may be utilized for the individual welfare and the general welfare of the country and humanity as a whole.
(b) To maintain the link and strengthen the bonds of brotherhood, friendship and cooperation among JCI Achievers and between JCI Achievers and JCI Nigeria.
(c) To simulate and encourage Junior Chamber International Nigeria in enrolling outstanding Jaycees in the organization.
(d) To help promote the extension of the Junior Chamber International movement by inspiring qualified young men to become Jaycees.
(e) To make available to Junior Chamber International Nigeria and her Chapter the talent, experience and service of JCI Achievers.
(f) To engage in projects calculated to improve the moral, mental, spiritual, physical, social and economic uplift and well-being of mankind.
